Recalled Formula 2025. Reckitt/mead johnson nutrition (mjn) is recalling select batches of enfamil brand nutramigen powder, a specialty infant formula for the dietary management of cows milk. Abbott issued a voluntary recall for certain lots of its baby formulas because of reports that babies got sick from infection with cronobacter sakazakii.

Cronobacter sakazakii can also lead to sepsis. All the infected babies were hospitalized, and two of the babies died.
